David Pogue is the VP of Yahoo Tech, overseeing all original content for the recently launched digital magazine site, and is also editor of his own column, "Ask Pogue," in which he reviews tech products with his expert opinion for the average consumer. Prior to working at Yahoo, David Pogue was the tech columnist for the New York Times for 13 years. He was a monthly columnist for Scientific American, creator of the Missing Manual books, and host of science shows on PBS’s “NOVA.” He’s been a correspondent for “CBS Sunday Morning” since 2002. Pogue has won two Emmy awards, two Webby awards, a Loeb award for journalism, and an honorary doctorate in music.

Deb Amlen is a columnist for Yahoo Tech. She was previously the writer of "Wordplay," the daily crossword blog of "The New York Times" and is the author of the humor book "It's Not PMS, It's You," a how-to book on relationships that contains absolutely no educational or life-changing advice whatsoever. She also used to write the naughty crossword puzzles for The Onion's A.V. Club and for BUST Magazine, but don't tell her parents if you run into them at the Early Bird Special. A former entertainment and features print reporter with 20 years of media experience, Chan has interviewed Pulitzer Prize winners, analyzed pop-fascinations with serial killers to vampires and helped craft questions for the first online interview with a sitting president. Before signing on to Yahoo! she wrote entertainment, feature and business pieces for outlets such as the San Jose Mercury News, SFGate and other Bay Area media. Prior to that, she worked for five years as an events editor and staff writer at a Knight Ridder newspaper.
